Clubhouse (building C), Pickens County Sportsman Club
This in-person, hands-on class teaches the basics of identifying and treating life-threatening bleeding using tourniquets, wound packing and pressure dressings. Invest an hour of your time today to learn the skills needed as an “immediate responder” to help someone who is experiencing traumatic bleeding. Be ready to save the life of a family member, a friend, a colleague or a perfect stranger!
Learn the technique to safely draw your handgun from the holster. We‘ll practice dry fire holster drills in the classroom, then move to the range for progressive live fire drills. Attendees should plan on bringing 100 rounds of ammo, a cased handgun, sturdy belt, holster, and eye/ear protection.
Non-members pay $40.00 ($20 range rental fee, $20 guest access fee); free for PCSC members. Payment can be made in advance or payable at class.
