The course will focus on the safe and efficient way to holster up upon entering the range, drawing from the holster using the standard multi-step process (grip, clear, rotate, press/extend), presentation to target, and safe re-holstering procedures. The class will also cover proper procedures for securing firearms and equipment after you have finished training. Attendees should demonstrate safe gun handling techniques, loading/unloading, and basic marksmanship skills. Required items: personal cased or bagged firearm, sturdy belt, sturdy holster, 100 rounds of ammunition, hearing and eye protection, magazine pouches (optional), jacket or outer garment, and closed toe footwear.

Course fee of $25.00 plus $20 guest fee for non-members
